Ai-Assists is a flight booking platform designed to make searching and booking flights simple, transparent, and reliable.
We act as a booking agent. We search across many airlines and arrange your booking on your behalf. When you book through us, your contract of carriage is with the airline. The airline is responsible for operating the flight, including any delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
We charge a £15 + 3% booking fee on top of the airline ticket price. This fee covers the cost of providing the booking service, customer support, and platform maintenance.
On cancellation we retain £15 + 3%.
